I need easy or grilled and fried chicken breast recipe?

FYI: I am not a good cook. Especially in the frying always tend to burn on the outside and inside are left raw sometimes still has blood in it: (I my chicken or meat cooked.) I need a simple recipe and instruction easy. From now do not have oven and grill pan. I garlic and butter in food. :) Thanks! PS: I boiled my chicken breast so I know it's really cooking. I just need a simple recipe without coating or bizarre ingredients.

Here's a great tip to ensure that no quick cook the chicken until the outside becomes too dry and overdone: Place chicken in a Ziploc plastic bag gallon. With smooth side of a mallet or saucepan, pound chicken breast with regularity, until they have enough broken all fibers, and you can push your finger all the way into the meat (about 1 / 4 "). Be patient, this step is made all the difference. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in a little flour (1/4C.) Seasoned with salt (1t.), pepper (1/2t.) And 1/8t. cayenne pepper (optional). In a hot skillet with oil olive over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken until edges are made, and the meat is "sweating" on top. Turn chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink (a paring knife carefully inserted in the middle shows the point of cooking.) Drain briefly on TT. Cover with foil to keep warm if you make the sauce, serve with roasted asparagus chips with lemon and garlic roasted potatoes rosemary. This method keeps the moisture in the atmosphere and the chicken tender, slightly cooked. You can serve this chicken mushroom sauce, lemon sauce and wine sauce or lemon sauce and basil. Enjoy! Basil and Lemon Cream-4T. The lemon juice and zest of 1 lemon 2T. Leaves 1/2t chopped fresh basil. 2T sugar. 1/2c white wine. 2C heavy cream. 1T chicken broth low sodium. 1T oil. 3T butter. Heat oil butter and flour in a skillet over medium heat. Add flour and brown, 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until incorporated. Mix lemon juice, zest, sugar and white wine. Taste the sauce with the mixture. Add chopped fresh basil leaves. Gradually add cream and hot. Sprinkle the fried chicken. Serve hot.
