I'm looking for weight loss and I do not like nuts and eggs. What are the alternatives protein healthy snack?
Newly I have started training in the gym and change my eating habits. I feel better, but I really need to change my diet to see better results. I heard the eggs and nuts are good snacks, and many proteins of the package, but I hate eggs and nuts (including including peanuts). Are there snack alternatives out there? I try to stay away from many of the protein drinks because they contain too much sugar or aspartame sugar substitute (not good for you at all!). Really I like everything is natural and, of course, good taste. I'm in Los Angeles so if I could meet other local stores, it would be great. Thank you!
Black beans are great as any kind of beans. My favorite is the rice with black beans and salsa. Brown rice is complex carbohydrates with fiber, black beans contain plenty of antioxidants. The sauce contains lycopene. I eat every day for lunch. Do not believe not what they say in the high protein content. I lost 40 pounds and has very good defined primarily carbohydrates. You can also milk brown rice and raisins. Its delicious. Milk is a good source of protein.
