Paella Chicken Recipe Spanish in Spain
Paella is a gift from Spain in the world, or more precisely, the legacy Valencia. The history of dish explained how it was first made in the areas opened by steamed rice mixed with almost anything from snails to rabbit. The original paella Valenciana is a mixture of rice with meat, snails, eels, vegetables, beans and seasonings. Saffron is an important ingredient in this dish, season the rice gives its beautiful color and flavor. Here is a recipe for paella with chicken which is full of flavor and makes a good lunch gourmet.
You will need –
* Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
* Bacon – 2 slices
* From breasts or chicken thighs – 500 gr
* Onion – 1
* On garlic – 2 cloves-4
* Saffron – ½ tsp Tea
* Short grain rice – 2 cups
* White wine – 1 cup
* Chicken broth – 3 cups
* Teaspoon chili powder – ½
Paprika * smoking – a little over 2 v. Tea
* Bay leaves – 2
* The corn – ½ cup
Peas * – ½ cup
* Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
* Salt and pepper
* Chorizo – 1
* Cherry tomatoes – 20
* Parsley finely chopped
Now for the recipe –
To prepare the ingredients –
* Cut the chicken to 2-inch cubes
* Sliver slices of bacon.
* The Juliana onions and crush the garlic.
* Make thin slices chorizo and maintain.
* Prick the tomatoes with a skewer.
* Add the saffron in chicken broth and heat.
If have a paella pan, use it, other people take a large wok. Leave saucepan, heat and pour a tablespoon of oil olive and brown the bacon in it. Keep the bacon on one side once you are golden. Cook chicken cubes in the same oil until cooked through and juices run out. Once done, hold the chicken to one side as well.
Now pour the remaining oil and fry the onion until pink. Add garlic and paella rice. Extends well to cover the rice with oil. Mix salt, pepper, bay leaf, wine, paprika, chili and a table of hot chicken broth. You can add the broth slowly and stir constantly until it is liquid and the rice is tender. This would cook for about 35 minutes. Now add the corn, peas, cooked bacon and chicken. Once it is absorbed, like chorizo and tomatoes. Keep stirring constantly. Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.
Enjoy the combination of rice with different flavors. This is a dish that is sure to leave feeling satiety. It can serve a meal, or accompanied by light as bread and salads.
