Diabetes is a serious medical condition in which the body is unable to breakdown food into glucose (blood sugar). Insulin assists in the breakdown process but diabetics have a difficult time producing or responding to insulin and thus require insulin treatment.

I know I need to lose weight, need help with a diet?

I’m 17, 5’5″ and 126lbs (9stone). I want to be 110lbs so that means losing 16lbs! I started dieting before I went on holiday and lost about 3lbs in a week, but I put it back on while I was away.
(Before my holiday I’d eat a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast, 3 portions of fruit for lunch and a low cal tea, like a sandwich.)

So far today, I had a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast, I’ve not eaten anything else yet.

I need help with a diet plan, a rough guide of what to eat in a day that will help me lose weight quickly but that won’t make me feel so deprived that I want to binge!

stuck and sit on one place,keep walking here and there,that’s how
you lose weight because that is how I did.
