Seafood Paella Recipe – professional results with ease

Here's how you can make a paella of seafood in your own kitchen. David Just follow step by step guide to produce professional results with minimal effort. David has been done and enjoying paella and other Mediterranean recipes for many years and it will check all the boxes for: delicious flavors, aromas and appearance real.

There are lots of ingredients – but do not be discouraged, it is really easy and fun. Preparation is the key: get all the ingredients ready and willing work on a surface of good size, after which it is a breeze.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chorizo – chopped.
  • Shrimp lbs East.
  • 2 Small Squid "Calamari.
  • 12 oz monkfish fillet into pieces Bitesize.
  • 12 fresh mussels.
  • 1 small onion coarsely.
  • 1 red pepper cut into 1 "Dice.
  • 1 / 2 cup small peas.
  • 1 / 4 pound of chopped mushrooms.
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped finely.
  • 2 cups rice paella.
  • 1 quart seafood stock
  • 12 son of saffron.
  • 2 lemons cut into quarters.
  • 1 bunch Flatleaf parsley.
  • Salt and black pepper.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • A 13 "traditional paella or" pan ".

Method

  1. Cut the chicken up to 1 "Dice.
  2. Cut the squid into pieces Bitesize.
  3. Cook the mussels in a little water until they open (Discard that do not open).
  4. Remove the shell and reserve mussels – Add broth liquid.
  5. Leave the shells of shrimp in the remaining eight and Shell.
  6. OK – Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil olive to skillet.

  13. Now – put pan over high heat – Add half of the population and give it a final stir.
  14. Place the fish and shrimp in the liquid with Deconstruct shrimp top.
  15. Let's reduce the liquid (do not move it again) – and add the rest of the population.
  16. Allow the liquid is reduced to almost none left, then remove from heat.
  17. Place the mussels in all the ass on your stove.
  18. Cover with a cloth Clean and let sit for ten minutes, until rice has absorbed all the liquid.
  19. Cut lemons into quarters and arrange them around edge.
  20. Now – cut a little parsley and sprinkle generously on top of the paella.
