What should I eat a healthy diet and growth? For lunch or breakfast and dinner for 6 meals smal?

I made research on the age of 17 should consume a healthy diet and all I get is that I should eat fruits, carbohydrates, proteins, amino saturated fat, fortified foods, etc. But never say exactly what foods you can eat this food, how to eat what is and what you can eat growth.
