Type macaroni salad Fieri
Ingredients
16 oz pasta macaroni, 1/4-inch tube
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons garlic fine-cut
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 cup white vinegar tablespoon
3 / 4 cup chopped red onion
3 / 4 cup roasted red pepper
1 / 2 cup diced carrots
3 / 4 cup diced celery
1 / 4 cup diced peppers peppadew
1 / 4 cup chopped pepperoncini
1 tsp teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a medium saucepan boil water and add salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente, and place them in an ice water bath.
In a medium bowl add mayonnaise, garlic, mustard and vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate for Although keep refrigerated fresh pasta.
When the pasta is cool, mix the mayonnaise mixture and vegetables. Mix well season with salt and pepper. Put them in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

Ingredients
2 cups dry macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 / 3 cup chopped celery
1 / 4 cup chopped red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drain
1 tablespoon parsley
1 / 2 cup diced vine tomatoes (optional)
1 / 2 cup mayonnaise
3 / 4 c. teaspoon dry mustard
1 1 / 2 teaspoons sugar
cider vinegar 1 1 / 2 c. soup
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 / 2 c. teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste
The freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine pasta, celery, onion, parsley and tomatoes, if using. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
