I am a bad cook, but I want to be able to cook a healthy vegetarian meal or very few … I try to be vegetarian healthy because I've been a vegetarian for the past five years and I do I eat pretty healthy, so if you have some Simple Vegetarian Recipes health, could you tell me Thanks
Being a bad cook vegetarian to boot must be the real challenge! Here are some ideas that I've used for years to be easy, tasty and filling: lentils and brown rice 1 cup lentils, washed and used over a cup of rice, washed and cooked as directed 1 T cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 can ripe olives, of course, drained 1 / 2 teaspoon Coffee pepper 2 cups grated cheddar cheese honey 3 T 1 15 ounce can tomatoes, chopped Cook lentils in vegetable broth or water until that tender and liquid is absorbed. Add cooked rice, olives, salt, pepper, cumin, tomato and honey. Place in a saucepan and cover with cheese. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whole grain bread salad simple. Macaroni and Cheese Macaroni book an integrated 1 1 / 2 cups milk 3 T butter 3 T flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese 1 cup fontina cheese 1 / 2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup bread crumbs 1 / 2 cup melted butter Cook the pasta according to package directions. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan and add flour. Stir and cook 1 minute. Add milk and stir to thicken. Add more milk if necessary. Add salt and pepper. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 / 2 cup fontina cheese, 1 / 2 cup smoked Gouda cheese and mix with cooked pasta. Butter an ovenproof dish and layer half the pasta mixture. Garnish with remaining cheese and garnish with remaining pasta. Mix bread crumbs with the Parmesan and sprinkle over casserole. Drizzle with melted butter, cover and bake for 45 minutes 350 degrees. Enjoy the tomato and potato gratin hot bread with rosemary.
