Low calorie and vegetarian recipes – Delicious Options
It is commonly accepted that the recipes low calorie and vegetarian that challenge your palate. The truth is, however, it can be as delicious as your favorite dishes. Now I'm about to share with you two recipes, and you can not give them a chance to convince.
1. Vegetarian Black Bean Burgers
You need the following ingredients for this recipe:
* 1 can black beans
* 1 / 2 an onion
* 1 / 2 cup flour
* 2 slices bread
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 / 2 c. teaspoon seasoned salt
Salt and pepper
To prepare, follow these steps:
a) Chop onion, saute for about 4 or 5 minutes until softened.
b) Place the black beans in a large bowl and mash until almost smooth.
c) Add the black beans pureed with sauteed onions, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt.
d) Crumble bread slices and add to mixture.
e) Add the flour mixture a few spoonfuls at a time. Keep stirring after each addition.
f) Add a small amount of oil in a skillet and heat.
g) Scoop a little of the mixture in the bowl with your hands and shape into balls which is about 1 / 2 thick.
h) Fry the patties until firm.

2. Tofu Scramble
If you have already tried a vegetarian diet, you know that tofu is always used as a substitute for meat. And fight we will try the tofu can be used as a substitute for scrambled eggs wonderful.
You need the following ingredients:
* 1 block tofu, drained and press
* 1 / 2 yellow onion
* 1 / 2 green pepper
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
1 / 2 c. Tea dried parsley
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
* 2 tablespoons tablespoons oil or margarine
Here are the steps for cooking:
a) Cut the tofu into cubes of one inch, and then use a fork to decline slightly.
b) Cut the onion and peppers.
c) Add a little oil or margarine in a skillet to medium-high heat.
d) Add the onion, green pepper and tofu in the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
e) Add fried with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, soy sauce and nutritional yeast.
f) Cook tofu fight for 6 or 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Once done, pour into a dish and enjoy.
You can try a fight as you tofu with eggs scrambled eggs, add your choice of vegetables such as tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and carrots.
